Amare La Cucina Nuvali in Laguna

"The Mozarella Sticks are awesome appetizers and it really made our taste buds more excited with our order! We ordered the Quattro-Formaggi Spinach Pizza and 4-Cheese Lasagna and we were soooo satisfied! It is located at Ayala Malls Solenad and is easy to find as it is in the corner spot near the parking area. This restaurant is a must-visit when you are in Nuvali and perfect for groups or families!"

"Brick oven pizza is always a good idea. For the greens, the Burrata salad is really good. Tried the Gorgonzola pizza which is a premium pizza. Did find it to be really salty due perhaps to the Prosciutto. Texture was a bit tough. Walnuts on the otherhand is really crunchy. The pizza dough is soft and thin along the edge so you have to do the pizza fold to prevent all the toppings from sliding off. Not enough crust support. Serving size is along the average and price points a bit on the high side. Staff is friendly and the service is good. The dining area with a dark decor is quite comfy. Serving time is fast considering I ordered a pizza. Overall quite a pleasant meal and would defintely be coming back."

"I don’t usually order banana split pero masarap tlga dito lol torch ung banana and then ice cream selections are good and they topped it with candied walnuts pa.. panalo! We also ordered the 4 cheese lasagna and quatro formaggi spinach pizza, all of them taste soo good and filling! You may request for a honey for the cheese pizza for more flavor that will get you wanting for more slices Over all experience is great! Staff are very attentive and accommodating, ambiance peaceful and food is for the win!"

It's not so crowded as this mall can only be accessed by nearby upper-class residents and for those who have cars. But since customers of this mall always need cars, parking is always difficult."

The moment the pizza arrived, that aroma hit me like a memory: wood-fired, a little smoky, the dough with that perfect balance between softness and bite. I tore off a piece and suddenly I wasn’t in Laguna anymore—I was back in Naples, standing near Via dei Tribunali, hearing scooters fly by and the pizzaiolo shouting orders. The Pizza The crust had that beautiful leopard spotting we Neapolitans obsess over. Light, airy, not overloaded with toppings—because real pizza doesn’t need to hide behind excess. The 4 cheese with spinach tasted bright, not sweet, and the cheese melted just the way it should, stretching but never drowning the dough. The Pasta The vodka pasta with burrata surprised me even more. Al dente—truly al dente, not the overcooked version I’ve found too often abroad. The sauces tasted honest, simple, and respectful of the ingredients. That’s the Italian way: let the food speak. The Atmosphere The place has a warmth that reminded me of family lunches on Sundays. Nothing pretentious, nothing forced. Just good food, good fire, and people who clearly care about what they’re serving. Final Thoughts As a Neapolitan, I’m picky—very picky—about Italian food. But at Amare, I felt a little piece of home. Not because everything was exactly like Naples, but because the spirit was there: respect for the dough, the fire, the ingredients, and the joy of sharing a meal. If you’re in Nuvali and craving something real, something made with heart, this is the place."
